- Committees – AIS TAG Committees will continue as part of the AIS Consortium along with WGs on selected topics (e.g., ethics, standards education & certification)
- Operations Committee – day to day operational activities (e.g., conference & event planning) approved by the Consortium Board of Directors (BoD)
- Human Capital Committee — development of training & educational events… podcasts, tutorials—something similar to IEEE Young Professionals
- Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Committee—alliances with conferences, research societies, and other organizations
- Sponsorship Committee—identification of opportunities to earn sponsorship for shared services and benefits for the consortium & its members
- Membership Benefits Committee — identify standard member benefits at the individual and organizational levels of membership
- Membership Drive Committee — outreach to recruit new members
- Technical Committee — identification of technical topics to drive the development of working groups.
