The e-mail subscribe instruction does not support an e-mail address field, if you try to use an e-mail address in the Name fields it will be rejected. If you wish to subscribe an e-mail address other than the one which your e-mail is sourced from, for example, the IEEE e-mail alias my.name@ieee.org, you will need to use the ListServ web interface.
