There were no questions or concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IEEE Participant Behavior<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participant behavior policy was presented. There were no questions or concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Approval of the Agenda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Motion<\/strong> to approve the meeting agenda. (Mover: Ms. Xiaoxu Luan; Second: Dr. Guangyao Chen). The agenda was unanimously approved as presented without objection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2941.2: The draft ballots were successfully finished with 12 comment, 24 experts (85% return ballots) and 100% approvement. The IEEE RevCom will discuss on its meeting on 19<sup>th<\/sup> September,2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2941.3: The structure of the project was discussed and approved on the WG meeting on 24<sup>th<\/sup> August, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next meeting is tentatively scheduled at 14:45 (Beijing Time Zone, GMT+08:00) in December (Meeting notice will be published 1 month before the meeting).
