These are listed below:<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Subgroup 01 | Participants<\/h2>\n<p><strong>:: Objective ::<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To create standards regarding participants in research studies with an emphasis on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Equity (gender\/sex balance, ethnicity\/race, disability, etc.) \u2013 study\u2019s implications for equity, stereotyping, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Participant training\/familiarization with the tasks, participant prior expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Participant reporting \u2013 what and how.<\/li>\n<li>Ethics.<\/li>\n<li>Ethical study design with vulnerable participants where there is risk for attachment and dependency (for assistive robotics).<\/li>\n<li>Participant safety.<\/li>\n<li>IRB guidelines \/ consistency informed consent \u2013 refer to established guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Subgroup 02 | Study Design<\/h2>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<p><strong>:: Members ::<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This groups is being chaired by Drs Alessandra Rossi and Patrick Holthaus. <a href=\"https:\/\/sagroups.ieee.org\/3108\/members\/subgroup-02-study-design\/\">See all members here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>:: Objective ::<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To create standards regarding study design in research studies with an emphasis on:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n<ul>\n<li>How many participants are needed?
