It includes guidance for test conditions, procedures, and evaluation of results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose: <\/strong>With increasing EV use, the demand for rapid testing and evaluation of battery status without disassembling the batteries is emerging as an urgent issue. This guide specifies a performance index that includes the information that EV owners are concerned about, simplifies testing procedures and provides objective, third-party evaluation results.
