The 12th meeting of IEEE C/DC SC was held via online conference call. Quorum reached. The meeting was hosted by Dr. Feng Wu, the chair of DCSC.
Ms. Xiaoxu Luan presented the patent slides at the meeting. A call for potentially essential patents was made, and no potentially essential patent claims were declared, and no holders of potentially essential patents were identified. All IEEE CS DCSC members could ask for the IEEE official patent document from the secretary. The IEEE copyright policy statement was presented then. There were no questions or concerns. The meeting agenda was unanimously approved as presented without objection.
Approval of the DCSC Honorable Chair Nomination：
Motion to approve Wen Gao as the honorable chair of DCSC (Mover: Dr. Siwei Ma, Second: Dr. Yaowei Wang) It was unanimously approved without objection.
Discussion of the Editorial Feedback of 1857.9, 1857.10, and 2941:
The Dr. Siwei Ma presented the editorial feedback from IEEE of P1857.9 and P1857.10, and the proposed responses from the working group. The Dr. Yonghong Tian presented the editorial feedback from IEEE of P2941 and the proposed responses from the working group. After full discussion among attendees, the responses from both working groups were approved without objection.

The next meeting is tentatively scheduled at 9:30 am (Beijing Time Zone, GMT +8.00) on March 18th, 2022, at online. Remote attendees can request to set up a teleconference service at least one week before the meeting.
