  1. Call to Order
    The meeting was called to order at 14:00 by the Working Group Chair, Yanyong Zhang.
  2. Approval of the Agenda
    Motion to approve the meeting agenda. (Mover: Li Li; Second: Yu Zhang) The agenda was unanimously approved as presented without objection.
  3. IEEE Patent Policy: Call for Patents
    The call for patents was issued. There were no questions or concerns.
  4. IEEE Copyright Policy
    The copyright policy was presented. There were no questions or concerns.
  5. IEEE Participant Behavior Policy
    The IEEE Participant behavior policy was presented. There were no questions or concerns.
  6. Roll call and Disclosure of Affiliation

A list of attendees (name, affiliation, and voting status) is attached.

  1. IEEE Webinar introduction

Meng Zhao gives a brief introduction of IEEE and introduces various ways to promote this working group.

  1. DFAD proposal discussion

The working group received 2 technical contributions.

1)   “A standard of Data Interaction Architecture between Roadside Units and Cloud Control Platforms”

All attendees discussed the contribution and reached the following agreement:

The contribution is rejected. Some valuable suggestions are provided by the experts. The updated version will be further discussed in the next meeting.

2)   “A standard of Property Graph Format Descriptions for Road Network”

All attendees discussed the contribution and reached the following agreement:

The contribution is rejected. Some valuable suggestions are provided by the experts. The updated version will be further discussed in the next meeting.

  1. Approval of the meeting minutes
    Motion to approve the minutes. (Mover: Li Li; Second: Yu Zhang) The meeting minutes were unanimously approved without objection.
  2. Future Working Group Meetings
    The next meeting is scheduled at the beginning of March. The specific date and time will be distributed on the website no later than 1 month in advance.
