Vendor Exhibit and Contributions
We have several contribution options that come with promotion opportunities for you and/or your organization: visibility and support packages and exhibit tables. If you are interesting in supporting the conference for any of the below contributions, please contact our treasurer who will provide further details. We are truly grateful for your participation and support!
| Exhibit Tables (More information below on selection of exhibits.) We have six tables available for you to showcase technology that support the learning engineering process. They are 6’x4’ covered tables with electricity, 1 chair, power plugs, and tabletop signage are available. Your organization will be featured in the conference workbook, website, and proceedings. Vendor Exhibit
The IEEE ICICLE 2023 conference is pleased to offer a Vendor Exhibit where corporate and industry partners can showcase an educational technology in support of learning engineering. These sponsored tables will be hosted in the hall outside the main conference room and will be available to the sponsored vendor for the duration of the conference. There are 6 tables available. Given the limited availability and the need to showcase a variety of technology that covers various aspects of the learning engineering process, not all applicants for the Vendor Exhibit hall may be selected.
