Exploring how learning technology standards can be applied to components in the learning engineering process,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-ltsc.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=948d4b5b4607a1ed56c930766&amp;id=75545837d3&amp;e=6a6ec61b64\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Andy Johnson<\/a>, Specifications and Standards Manager for Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative and Vice-Chair,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-ltsc.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=948d4b5b4607a1ed56c930766&amp;id=448a5d9b6b&amp;e=6a6ec61b64\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IEEE Standard Association Learning Technology Standards Committee<\/a>, will focus on how the\u00a0IEEE P2881\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-ltsc.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=948d4b5b4607a1ed56c930766&amp;id=f58222b33a&amp;e=6a6ec61b64\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Learning Metadata\u00a0<\/a>standard will get learning activities identified, tagged, and online to describe learning experiences and ensure discoverability and context. Andy is a leader in developing learning technology standards. He is currently the Chair of IEEE P2881\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-ltsc.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=948d4b5b4607a1ed56c930766&amp;id=5ef5de14cd&amp;e=6a6ec61b64\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Learning Metadata Working Group<\/a>\u00a0and Chair of IEEE P9274.2.1\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-ltsc.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=948d4b5b4607a1ed56c930766&amp;id=d687220907&amp;e=6a6ec61b64\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">xAPI Profiles Working Group<\/a>, author of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-ltsc.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=948d4b5b4607a1ed56c930766&amp;id=b7d048e6e5&amp;e=6a6ec61b64\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Total Learning Architecture Standards Digital Learning Acquisition Techniques<\/a>\u00a0and one of the original developers of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-ltsc.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=948d4b5b4607a1ed56c930766&amp;id=bde48d7663&amp;e=6a6ec61b64\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SCORM.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ll be meeting via&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-ltsc.us10.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=948d4b5b4607a1ed56c930766&amp;id=b67948d818&amp;e=6a6ec61b64\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Webex<\/a>.
