5. Overview of SICD std and related SAR stds, contin

Discussed the issue of using polynomials or tables in order to specify various things in the standard that need to have coordinates or values over a 2D, 3D or 4D range of values.
Some of us thought that polynomials were likely not accurate enough, and the tables of numbers would provide this accuracy.
Others thought that polynomials were good enough.
There was also the feeling that allowing for both provided too much flexibility.
In the end, no decision was made.
