personally aware and that may be essential for the use of that
standard.

new:
Phase History Data: Wade will add.

process:
========
Use the google file to make these changes:
1. for deletion, just delete (Leland will do all of these)
2. for modifying, directly modify the entry, and put “DONE-yourname” at
the end of the definition so everyone else knows it’s finished.
3. for adding new, put at the end, and put “DONE-yourname” at
the end of the definition so everyone else knows it’s finished.

6. Other business?
===================================

Copyright:
Concerning the copyright issues of the SICD standard, since much of this current standard is re-using much of the text, figures, and tables from SICD.
Leland sent an official request to Wade.
Wade gave the request to NGA lawyers, who have already approved it.
They are preparing an official response to send to IEEE soon.

Chuck Heazle:
He works for NGA and has done a preliminary analysis of modifying SICD to be compatible with ISO TC211 metadata standards. We plan to follow his advice to do the conversion for each item from SICD that we are including in this IEEE standard.
