1. 1. Each task force leader will have at most 20-min to introduce;
   2. There will be a 10-min discussion after each presentation;
   3. The order will be: Overall picture, third-party service provider, data supplier and data consumer
   4. This part will be recorded to keep meeting minutes;
   5. This part will be ended before 16:30 PM (UTC-8).
