IEEE P1149.1 is a “individual” membership working group.
To request being added to the email reflector and/or to join the working group, please contact one of the group’s officers.

Working group members gain and retain voting privileges by attending three out of five consecutive meetings.
IEEE membership is not required to be a working group member.
