The overall requirement for the frame-work of the fusion stream (by Jinghui Lu)
Introduction:
The contribution proposes the overall requirement for the frame-work of the fusion stream of Internet of Things data. Non-structuralized data and/or structuralized data are accurately correlated together based on spatial-temporal information under the framework.
Conclusion: Accept.

Recommendation on Format of Fusion Stream (by Darui Sun, Jinghui Lu)
Introduction:
This contribution proposes the format of fusion stream, including frame structure, and two kinds of packets, content description packet and content packet. After discussed thoroughly, experts suggest that some of the definition and description for the frame structure and packet are not clear enough, and need to further define and clarify.
Conclusion: Not accept, encourage further study and clarify.
6. Work plan discussion
The framework of fusion stream will be refined and the frame structure will be clarified according to the discussion in this meeting.
7. Approval of the meeting minutes
Motion to approve the meeting minutes. (Mover: Song Qiu; Second: Chaowu Chen) The meeting minutes were unanimously approved without objection.
8. Future Working Group Meetings
The next meeting is scheduled in June, 2023. The specific date and time will be distributed on the website no later than 1 month in advance.
