Recommendation on Format of Fusion Stream (by Darui Sun, Jinghui Lu)
Introduction:
This contribution proposes the update of the format of fusion stream based on last version. Data frame structure, especially the sign of a new frame, has been clarified. Three kinds of packets, i.e. content description packet, time&location packet and IOT data packet, are defined to carry content information, spatial-temporal information, and a variety of IOT data respectively, which join together to form a complete data frame.
According to experts’ suggestions, section 4.1.6 is modified to adapt fusion stream structure to more scenarios.
Conclusion: accepted.

Security Framework Proposal of IOT Data Protection (Yuhua Lu, Qian Dong)
Introduction:
This contribution proposes a security framework and tools for securing IoT data in fusion stream. Combination of digital certificates, data signatures, and data encryption can be used to provide the complete solution for security of IoT data. A structure named security parameter set is suggested to encapsulate those relating security information.
Experts suggest that the security framework needs further modification and clarification.
conclusion：Not accepted.

The security frame of fusion stream need to refine. The syntax definition of fusion stream need to study and clarify. The drafting of standard will start in the following work.
