  1. Approval of the Agenda
    Motion to approve the meeting agenda. (Mover: Zhuanghao Chen; Second: Darui Sun) The agenda was unanimously approved as presented without objection.

The call for patents was issued; none raised OR if any concerns were raised for consideration.

3.  IEEE Copyright Policy
The copyright policy was presented. There were no questions or concerns.

The individual participation policy was presented. There were no questions or concerns.

1)   Technology contributions

N016：Refine of the requirement of framework of fusion stream (Chen Zhuanghao)

Introduction: This proposal refines the requirement of framework of fusion stream.

Suggestions for modification:

  1. Step ‘finally’ in Encoding process and step ‘secondly’ in Decoding process should be made under the condition of whether the stream is encrypted.
  2. Step ‘finally’ in Decoding process should be deleted.
  3. In Figure 1, Encoding process and Decoding process should be more distinct by using an appropriate way like dotted line.
  4. Section ‘structure of fusion stream’ should be moved before section ‘Encoding process’ and ‘Decoding process’ to be more logically clear.

Conclusion: accept after revision.

N017: Refine of the technique requirement of data frame

Introduction: This proposal refines the technique requirement of data frame.

Suggestions for modification:

  1. Key frame and non-key frame should be described distinctly.
  2. Items about packet number in requirements of data frame should be taken out as a separate section.
  3. Items about packet order in requirements of data frame should be taken out as a separate section.
  4. The section of fusion stream in requirements of data frame should be modified, or moved away from here.
  5. Some contents are not suitable to be shown as table, such as Table 4, which should be changed into statements.

  Conclusion: further modification.

N018:  Refine the description of encryption and signing process

Introduction: This proposal provides an usage of security parameter set as an appendix.

Suggestions for modification:

  1. More information about operation should be integrated into the appendix to make it more clearly.

 Conculsion: further modification.  

6.  Work plan discussion

The function description will be modified and refined further according suggestions and discussed in next meeting.

7.  Approval of the meeting minutes
Motion to approve the meeting minutes. (Mover: Qian Dong; Second: Darui Sun)

The meeting minutes were unanimously approved without objection.

8.  Future Working Group Meetings
The next meeting is scheduled in August, 2024. The specific date and time will be distributed on the website no later than 1 month in advance.
