1) Technology contributions
N019：Refine of the requirement of framework of fusion stream (Chen Zhuanghao, Dong Qian)
Introduction: This proposal refines further the requirement of framework of fusion stream.
Suggestions for modification:
- It should be clarified that the non-key frame cannot be used as random access point when decoding.
- ‘Framework of security’ should be changed into ‘security scheme’.
- ‘Repackaging’ operation in decryption process should be adjusted technologically.
- ‘signature scope’ can be defined in ‘terminology’ part, or described more clearly.
Conclusion: accept after revision.
N020: Refine of the technique requirement of data frame (Chen Zhuanghao, Dong Qian)
Introduction: This proposal refines the technique requirement of data frame.
Suggestions for modification:
- The quantity description of non-key frame and security parameter set should be added in the section 2.2.1.
- The key frame identifier should be removed from content description packet since the packet is never transmitted with non-key frame.
- The accuracy of the term ‘device number’ should be considered, it is recommended to name it ‘IoT data index’.
- The security parameter set packet and content description packet can be authenticated but can not be encrypted.
- It should make clear that, If the space information identifier equals zero, it shall use the one in previous data frame decoding.
- It should make clear that The signature operation shouldn’t go across a GOF, and there may be more than one signatures in a GOF.
Conclusion: accept after revision.
6. Work plan discussion
After accepting the revision of proposals in this meeting, the standard will be discussed and released in next meeting.
