Title: Standard for Icing-monitoring and Ice-melting System for the Catenary of Electrified High-speed Railway

Scope: This standard specifies a system structure, basic functions, performance requirements, Reliability Availability Maintainability Safety (RAMS) requirements, test rules and test methods for the icing-monitoring system and the ice-melting system for the Catenary of Electrified High-speed Railway.
