The IEEE DASC Annual Meeting fee is set at $40.00 for 2024. The annual meeting fee will cover the meeting fee requirements from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
You can begin to pay the annual meeting fee now. The IEEE vTools site is set to take your meeting fee payment until the end of January 2024. We may need to extend this based on the collection information the DASC Secretary will report at the next DASC Officers’ meeting. Click here to go to the IEEE vTools site to pay the fee. When you reach the IEEE vTools site, you will need to click on the “Register Now” button to pay. You will need to sign in with your IEEE account or register for an IEEE account. You will be asked to complete user information and accept IEEE terms and conditions. Once this is complete you will be taken the payment page where you can us PayPal, a Debit Card, or a Credit Card to pay. When payment is complete, please notify DASC Treasurer Aparna Dey by sending email to [aparna at cadence dot com].
Note: This charge is separate from membership in the IEEE Standards Association. If you, or the entity with whom you are affiliated, wish to enroll in IEEE-SA to be able to ballot on IEEE standards, you can enroll on the IEEE SA web page.
Upon receipt by Aparna of your completed payment, you will receive an email acknowledgment, and your membership will be recorded. Please use the Paypal, Debit card or Credit card receipt as a record of your payment. For anyone using the PayPal site at the old dasc.org site, it will also work until this site until it is shortly closed.
