Meeting Registration:
In-person attendees must register for the JTCM meeting. The registration fee ranges between $165 (student and life members) and $365 (non-member rate). Most of us likely qualify for the PES member rate of $250 or the IEEE member rate of $285. Registration incudes entry into any of the open meetings, morning and afternoon breaks Monday-to-Thursday and the Monday welcome reception. There is also an option for a single day registration on the conference web site.
Hotel Accommodations:
The meeting will be held at the Courtland Grand Hotel, 165 Courtland Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30303. This is a Wyndham facility offering a conference rate of $159/night. The conference hotel booking is done from JTCM website listed above. Government rates are available but require different steps as described on the JTCM web page listed above.
Airport:
The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is approximately 11 miles from the meeting location. The hotel does not provide a shuttle, but taxi and rideshares are plentiful. It is also possible to take a shuttle to the MARTA station and take MARTA into the city center.
Meeting Schedule:
JTCM uses an app for their meeting agenda. All WG meetings will require entry of a meeting request form by the SC or WG chair by 11/22/25 to be included in the meeting app. AdCom members will receive separate the detailed instructions for how to do this by 9/12/25. I will also separately upload the typical NPEC agenda PDF in November 2025.
