  5. IEEE SA Patent & Copyright Policies; Participant Behavior
Patent and copyright slides were shown and discussed by the chair. Chair provided an opportunity for participants to identify patent claim(s)/patent application claim(s) and/or the holder of patent claim(s)/patent application claim(s) of which the participant is personally aware and that may be essential for the use of that standard.
    No discussion.
  6. Draft Update/GITHUB Issues/PRs
A review from an expert photogrammetrist on the ErrorStatistics module was discussed. Module would be updated to reflect that feedback, but then will be complete.
The group reviewed the first prototype dataset in the P4002 format (Umbra). There was some confusion with regard to center frequency/bandwidth descriptions, so those section may be reviewed to provide clarity. The other data providers in the group were invited to also provide datasets in the P4002 format to test the format in a concrete way.
The bulk on the meeting was spent discussing polarization, the last technical module remaining in the standard. There was in depth discussion on coordinate frames and how they related to other portions of the standard. Additionally the question of a standard for handedness was also raised.
Finally, a proposal was put forth to move polarization out of the transmit and receiver configurations into another location. This proposal was agreed to by the group.
