The participant behavior policy was presented. There were no questions or concerns.
Approval of the Agenda
Motion to approve the meeting agenda. (Mover: Ms. Xiaoxu Luan; Second: Dr. Guangyao Chen). The agenda was unanimously approved as presented without objection.
2941.2: The draft ballots were successfully finished with 12 comment, 24 experts (85% return ballots) and 100% approvement. The IEEE RevCom will discuss on its meeting on 19th September,2023.
2941.3: The structure of the project was discussed and approved on the WG meeting on 24th August, 2023.
The next meeting is tentatively scheduled at 14:45 (Beijing Time Zone, GMT+08:00) in December (Meeting notice will be published 1 month before the meeting). Remote attendees can request to set up teleconference service at least one week ahead of the meeting.
